Over twenty years of extensive hands on experience in social development sector. Conducting researches, developing and managing social development projects are the key areas and skills that I possess. I have successfully accomplished number of research studies; baselines, mid-lines, endlines and component evaluations (both quantitative & qualitative). I have remained extensively involved in coordinating and managing educational, democratic governance/local government & child development projects both at downstream and upstream levels and in formal and nonformal types of education with national and international organizations. I have worked closely with district/ provincial governments to strengthen operational management of schools, curriculum research & development processes, evaluating/ accrediting teacher education programmes and developing district/ cluster based education plans as well as establishing/ strengthening reliable information bases and initiate effective planning process accordingly. I have also been developing material for capacity building of staff of national NGOs in different disciplines. Responded flood emergencies with child focused partner organizations and host governments and enhanced their capacity in disaster preparedness, management and developing policies and plans that help in proactively managing the same.
