I'm ready to purchase your gig! What do I need to get started?
First of all, you will have to purchase domain & hosting. Feel free to discuss for suggestions if you don't have purchased yet. We'll also need your company logo & name of the pages for website. e.g. Home, About Us, Services, Contact You will have to provide us all the content for these page.
Will you provide domain and hosting services?
No, I dont provide hosting/domain name registration services. In order to have full control over the website, I highly recommend you purchase these yourself in your ID & Payment. So that no body even me, can have a back hole to penetrate in to the website even after years. I recommend Bluehost.
Do you provide support after the website is done?
YES, I provide support for only two weeks after the website is done, if you want longer period of support like for months/Year, get in touch with me and I will share my maintenance packages for that purpose.
Can I edit my website with ease after you deliver if I know basics of WordPress?
YES, you can edit website easily, you will be able to add banners, text, images, contact info, descriptions of images, and if your website is woocommerce, you will be able to add and delete products, as well as their pricing and changing their images and descriptions if need be. Amazing isn't it?
What if I do not like the website feature or any bug, or there is any problem?
You’re welcome to contact me in a few days of the delivery, (7 - 14) days, I will be very happy to assist you with issues of your website, bugs, problems or features, ofcourse, I cannot assure you fixing of issues after months or years, in that case, I will charge to fix the problems.
How will I provide you the content of my website?
You can upload all your content on a google drive, or drop box account, you can add anything that you want to send me for the website on that account through the shareable link, Or fiverr's inbox also provides stuff to be uploaded upto 1TB, so you can add your stuff there as well.
What if I have unique requirements for the project?
In case if you don't find anything listed in my packages, and you have a unique requirement, or requirement that exceeds my premium package, or lies in between any package listed, please contact me, and I will provide you with a very detailed custom quotation.
Why should I message you before placing an order?
Getting in touch to share details of the websites, sharing ideas, brainstorming for solutions provides a best way to follow the track, so I would definitely recommend you to contact me, so that we can find a solution to your problems, I can also guide you on which package suits you best for you.
Will you write the content for website?
No, I do not offer content writing services, I only work with web designing and development, I would recommend you to find someone here who writes the content, then you can provide me the content and I will update that on your website.
Do you provide the licenses for the Themes and Plugins that you use in the website?
No. If I will use any Premium Theme/Plugin, you might need to purchase it if you need life time support from the developers, none of my Packages/Gigs include license for premium theme/plugin. I only have a developer license to use it.
