What will Claude be able to do after setup?
Read and update your real tools: look up and edit CRM records, query your database, draft emails, file documents, open GitHub PRs, and run repeat jobs on a schedule. We agree the exact tasks before I start.
What is an MCP server and why do I need one?
It's the connector that lets Claude use a tool, like your CRM or database, safely and within limits you set. If your tool has no ready-made one, I build it.
Do I need my own Claude subscription or API keys?
Yes. Everything runs on your own Claude plan and API keys, so nothing depends on me after handover.
Is this safe with my company data?
Every connection gets the narrowest access that works: read-only by default, with write actions allowlisted. Secrets stay in your environment, never in prompts or chat.
Our tool has no MCP server. Can you build one?
Yes. If it has an API, I can build an MCP server for it in TypeScript or Python, documented and tested. It's the Custom MCP Server add-on, or included in the higher packages.
Can you set up Hermes, OpenClaw or Claude Cowork?
Yes. I run self-hosted agents like Hermes and OpenClaw on a VPS or local machine with Docker, and set up Claude Cowork for teams that don't code.
Will my team be able to run it after handover?
Yes. You get written docs and a recorded walkthrough. Standard and Premium also include a live training call.
