FAQ
What files can it read?
PDF, Word, text, Markdown and public web pages. Scanned PDFs need OCR first, so tell me if yours are scans.
Will it make things up?
It answers only from the passages it retrieves and cites them. If nothing matches, it says it doesn't know. No bot is perfect, so I test it on your real questions before delivery.
Who pays for the AI and the database?
You do, on your own accounts, so you own everything. For most small sites usage costs stay low, and I'll estimate yours during the scope check.
Do I own the code?
Yes. You get the full source code, and every account is in your name.
Will it work on WordPress, Shopify or my site?
Yes. The widget goes in with one script tag. Internal tools can sit behind a login.
What happens when my documents change?
Standard and Premium include an upload page that re-indexes new files. On Basic, message me and I'll re-index them for you.
