Nothing fires me up more than an excel spreadsheet planning out an itinerary (I'm serious). You will get a day-by-day breakdown, with accomodation and travel booked. Plus recommendations for food and drink, customised to your interests. I can plan for solo travellers and large groups, it depends on whatever your needs are.
