Architectural 3D Walkthrough done in Lumion, with people, materials, lights & vegetation.
30 Sec to 60 Sec maximum, resolution Full HD.
Client must have:
- 3D Model in Sketchup, AutoCAD, or all other known 3D Formats (OBJ included)
or
- 2D Drawings in pdf or jpeg or dwg format for creating a 3D Model, which is an additional fee depending on the project's scale (i.e. house , an airport or a complex/mixed use building)

Experienced architect with strong international work, including housing & school projects in USA, a private home in Costa Rica, commercial projects in Antigua, and Glamping modules for the Al Ula region in Saudi Arabia. Started at LXM – Lisboa e Miroto and later spent five years at Atelier Holcnerova restoring Lisbon’s heritage.
Founded benalistudio in 2022, focusing on international architecture & 3d design projects, and in Portugal specifically in Alentejo and Lisbon, and recently collaborated with JGAC Architects on healthcare and hospitality projects in the Algarve.
