 Initiating Understanding clients' needs and the needs of the people using the building Acquiring key information about potential projects, and discussing requirements in detail with clients.  Design Concept Inspecting and surveying Site Producing rough sketches and a mood board - a collection of suitable images, colors, and materials.  Design Development Working and supervising a team of CAD operators and 3D visualizer to develop detailed Plans, Section, Elevation, details, and 3D models.  Design finalization and coordination Coordinating with HAVC, Mechanical, Electrical, plumbing consultants and structural engineer to make sure that plans are technically feasible. Finalizing fittings, furniture, lighting, and finishes, and providing samples to clients. Working closely with quantity surveyors and project managers to establish costs and work schedules.  Execution and supervision Preparing Tender and construction packages for the contractor. Working with a team of the Project manager, contractor, resident engineer to make sure overall Smooth run of project and finish on time within a budget.
