Aiuto proprietari di case, appaltatori, costruttori e designer con piani strutturali per progetti residenziali e commerciali leggeri. Questo include piani di fondazione, piani di strutturazione, layout di strutturazione del tetto, dettagli di travi e pilastri, aperture nelle pareti, supporto, strutture di ponteggi, coperture di patio, carport, conversioni di garage, ADU, ampliamenti, ristrutturazioni e supporto per nuove costruzioni.
