A.     Landscape Plans for Town Planning / DA / Secondary Consent

• Includes one Council RFI response.
• Provide a generic layout.
• Review Council permit conditions and existing plans (e.g., site plans, landscape plans).
• Prepare comprehensive landscape plans for Town Planning submission.
• Coordinate with other consultants or the Town Planner (e.g., architect, civil, structural).

B.     Schematic Design

• Review existing plans (e.g., site plans, landscape plans) as available.
• Develop concept designs, including sketches, images, 3D models, Realistic renders, plant schedules, and material palettes.
• Coordinate with other consultants (e.g., architect, civil, structural).

C.     Construction Documentation

• Refine the concept design into detailed construction documentation.
• Prepare all required landscape documentation and specifications.
• Collaborate with other consultants (e.g., architect, civil, structural).
