I love working with Beck. Aside from a fast turnaround and a thorough read and commentary, Beck is honest and wonderfully helpful with suggestions for improvement. Beck catches what other beta readers miss--or maybe they don't feel comfortable being honest. Beck is honest *and* constructive. I would for sure recommend working with her for a beta read!
