    Very unprofessional & slow to respond. Order was to give an ETA & cost to clean QB. wanted me to send my bank info without an active order. I sent it only after we had an agreement. Suggested I help with work to reduce cost. Never said cost was an issue. Very condescending. Told me I shouldn’t rush her b/c my QB was messed up! Lied about timeline
