What does a beta reader do?
A beta reader is a person who reads an unpublished manuscript and tells the author which aspects of the book worked for them and which didn’t.
Have you beta read before?
Yes. This is a service that I have been offering to writers over the years.
Do you beta read LGBT+ content?
No.
What will you do with my stories on completion?
On completion, your stories will be deleted from my computer system.
Do you keep to deadlines?
It is my intention to keep to all deadlines. If I am unable to meet the deadline for reasons beyond my control, I will contact you right away to extend the time.

She gave a chapter-by-chapter summary of her reactions to the characters and clues, as well as suggestions of where more detail or more background information was needed, including specific examples. The review was far more brief than those I normally receive which I found disappointing. She did identify a number of typos and made some recommendations that were useful.
