FAQ
Can the chatbot speak Spanish or another language?
Yes. Spanish and English are native to my stack, and the model handles 30+ languages. Tell me the language when you order and the questions, emails and replies all go out in it.
Does it work on Webflow, WordPress or Squarespace?
Yes. The widget is a single embed snippet, so it works on any site that lets you paste HTML. I send install steps for your platform with the delivery.
What AI does it use? Can I use my own API key?
Gemini by default because it is fast and cheap. On Standard and Premium I can switch it to GPT or Claude with your own API key.
Where does my lead data go?
To a Google Sheet you own. The conversation runs in your n8n, or in mine while hosting is included. I don't keep your leads.
Do I need a developer to install it?
No. If you can paste a code block into your site, you can install it. Every delivery includes a short video walkthrough.
What happens when the included hosting ends?
You can move it to your own n8n Cloud or server, and I send the export and a setup guide for free. Or I keep hosting it for a monthly fee we agree on by message.
Can it connect to HubSpot, Pipedrive or my CRM?
Premium includes Notion. Other CRMs with an API (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Airtable, Zoho) are a custom quote, usually 1 to 2 extra days. Message me your CRM before ordering.
How fast is delivery?
Most builds are ready within a day once I have your answers and access. The delivery time shown is the maximum.
