Deeply-rooted emotions and traumas can and do trigger your body's physical functions.
Your subconscious mind controls 95% of what you do and think. It can often sabotage what your conscious mind is trying to accomplish. Limiting beliefs, old fears, negative thought patterns, unresolved trauma, and even ancestral traumas are just a few ways that your subconscious can wreak havoc on your physical body.
Each person's energy is unique. There is no 1 size fits all for a healthy body.
If you have been struggling to take control of your health it may be time to discover what subconscious blocks may be stopping you.
- Emotional blocks may be causing unhealthy patterns and habits.

Can you help with poor eating habits?
Emotions drive behavior. If you are struggling with unhealthy eating habits and/or patterns, chances are there is an underlying cause. An emotion, a negative core belief, or a physical imbalance caused by misaligned energy can create unhealthy cravings and eating habits.
How does it work
We are energy beings and as such, we can carry many different types of energy. Positive, negative, trauma energy, inherited, karmic, and absorbed energies. Difficult emotions, traumas, and ancestral/inherited energies can often become trapped. This will block the healthy flow of your energy.
Is this a live session?
This is a remote session, not live. I do the session and send you a very detailed report after. This keeps the energy clean and clear. Often during live sessions, clients will bring in details and aspects they believe to be true based on their societal conditioning and other beliefs.
