I fix the cause, not just the symptom, and explain what was wrong. I work on a backup or staging copy and hand over notes on what changed.

Do I need a custom quote for an upgrade?
Yes. Message me your current OpenCart version, theme and extension list first, and I'll tell you which extensions have 4.x versions and give a fixed quote.
Will my data be kept during an upgrade?
Yes. Products, categories, customers, orders and SEO URLs are migrated and checked against the old store before we switch over. The work is done on a staging copy.
What access do you need?
OpenCart admin, FTP/SFTP or cPanel, and database access. Please share access through the order page, not in your first message.
