Your Palo Alto firewall is only as strong as the policies behind it. Misconfigured App-ID rules, bloated security profiles, and unoptimized NAT/routing are the most common causes of both security gaps and performance issues and most of them go unnoticed until something breaks or an audit flags them.
I'm a former Senior Professional Service engineer with hands-on production experience across Palo Alto, FortiGate, and Sophos platforms. I help businesses deploy new PAN-OS firewalls correctly the first time, or clean up and harden existing ones that have accumulated years of rule sprawl.

Do I need to give you firewall access?
Yes — read-only access for audits, or admin access via a scheduled remote session for changes. I can also work off exported configs if you prefer not to share live access.
What if my firewall is a different vendor?
I also work with FortiGate and Sophos — message me before ordering if you need cross-vendor migration help.
