Bilal was very knowledgeable and easy to work with. He never gave up even when nothing seemed to work and he could not connect to my laptop remotely. He kept at it over 2 days until my issue was resolved and my laptop was working again. His price was more than fair and I would recommend him highly!

Great responsiveness and value since it took significant amount of time and a few steps to get to the problem which turned out to be a faulty RAM stick. He only charged me 20$ for searching for software and hardware BUG.
