Do you need to visit the property?
No, I work remotely using your photos, floorplan and notes. My estate agency experience helps me identify selling points, but I’ll ask about anything unclear rather than make assumptions.
What does the included revision cover?
One round of wording, tone or emphasis changes based on your original brief. Please send amendments together. A different property, substantial new information or a changed brief may cost extra.
Can you deliver within 24 hours?
Yes, subject to availability and an extra fee. Please message me before ordering. All property information must be supplied upfront. The 24-hour turnaround covers the first draft; revisions follow the standard schedule.
