I lead BIM Aid, a specialist MEP BIM delivery studio with 7+ years of experience and a dedicated team of 4 senior Revit drafters. We deliver complete HVAC and MEP packages — from Revit 3D models through to coordinated 2D CAD drawings and fabrication shop drawings. What we deliver: ✔ Revit HVAC and mechanical 3D models (LOD 200–400) ✔ Coordinated 2D MEP CAD drawings from PDF, AutoCAD, or sketches ✔ Fabrication and shop drawings ✔ Clash detection and coordination via Navisworks and ACC ✔ PDF and CAD to Revit BIM conversion ✔ Revit MEP family creation ✔ pyRevit automation for BIM workflow efficiency Project types: commercial buildings, hospitals, data centres, schools, apartments, plant rooms, and industrial facilities. Software: Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD MEP, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam Revu, pyRevit. We are familiar with Australian and New Zealand BIM standards and BEP requirements, and have experience delivering to AU-based project specifications. We work on a project basis — fixed price or hourly. You provide the scope and drawings, we return construction-ready deliverables on your timeline.
