Systems & Network Administrator Apprentice – Api Restauration (Sept 2025 – Aug 2026) Led the Windows 10 to Windows 11 migration of a 382-workstation fleet spread across multiple sites, following Microsoft's end of support. Audited the fleet using OCS Inventory, the internal ERP and the Dell Warranty API (OAuth 2.0), identifying 171 compatible devices and 211 to replace. Built fully automated PowerShell scripts deployed remotely via OCS: disk cleanup, low-level partition relocation to extend C:, scheduled upgrades and post-migration rollback. Tracked deployment waves through a shared dashboard and supported end users remotely (TeamViewer, AnyDesk, RustDesk). Contributed to daily sysadmin operations: ticketing (Freshservice), Cisco-to-Zyxel network migrations, Meraki SD-WAN, Rundeck/Freshservice automation and monitoring (Splunk, Wazuh, Zabbix).
