My site shows "There has been a critical error" — can you fix it right now?
Yes — this is one of the most common fixes I do. It's almost always a plugin or theme conflict. If I'm online, I can usually resolve it within 1-2 hours.
I'm getting a white screen with nothing on it at all — is that fixable?
Yes. It's the same root cause as the critical error message, just an older/raw version of it (no friendly error text). Same quick-fix process applies.
What access do you need?
