Since 2010, I have worked full-time as an independent SEO specialist. I have helped clients across different industries improve their organic visibility and develop sustainable SEO strategies. Alongside my client work, I have continued to build and manage several of my own websites. I increased their visibility through SEO and monetized them through affiliate marketing. This has given me practical experience both as a service provider and as a website owner. In addition, I have built and managed several social media channels. My largest brand currently has nearly 200,000 followers across multiple platforms, adding further hands-on experience in content strategy, audience growth, and online visibility.

I worked as an Affiliate Manager at a German web marketing agency, supporting clients with affiliate strategy, campaign planning, partner management, competitor research, and programme optimization across major affiliate networks. My role included setting up new partner programmes, developing campaign concepts, managing publisher relationships, preparing partner newsletters, and supporting strategic affiliate marketing projects. This experience strengthened my performance marketing expertise and helped me build a strong foundation in client consulting, online marketing strategy, and measurable growth. Alongside my full-time role, I was already building and growing my own affiliate websites in my spare time. This hands-on experience later became the foundation for going fully self-employed in 2010.

My first website went live on 15 August 2004. It was a German Linux community with a forum, tutorials, and resources for Linux users. It was also where I first discovered SEO and began improving the site’s visibility in search engines. In 2005, the website was featured in PC-WELT LINUX magazine, Issue 2/2005, as one of the best Linux websites in Germany. That recognition was both an early motivation and a confirmation that the SEO work was paying off. What started as a hobby became my profession.
