Will I have to pay a retention service fee once the server is set up?
No. Once the server is set up, you are free to use the server for life. We will also include a complementary service to maintain the technical aspects of the server, occasionally when needed.
Do I have to transfer ownership of server to you?
Yes, for ease of convenience, as some custom bots will require the 'owner only permission' to be set up. Once the entire server is set up, we will transfer back the ownership to you.
Can you also be the moderator, admin and community manager once you have set up the server?
Yes. We have a team of 50+ experienced admins, moderators, community managers & event managers that we assign to various projects. Please refer to the other gig on our profile to find out more.
