Designed and executed 80+ interactive educational experiences that were tailored for students between the ages of 6 to 13. My goal was to work with teacher and help these students acquire leadership skills. We approached this by putting students into cooperative team based challenges. Most of the experiences I designed here were board games meant to be played for 30 - 40 minutes, with themes like business management and strategy being central to most challenges. The greatest skill I left Realilearning with was a stronger understanding of how to design products that appeal to the under 16 age group across all genders.
