Do I need the WhatsApp Business API?
Yes. I set it up with you on Meta (free to start). Meta charges a small fee per conversation, billed to you directly.
Can it make real bookings?
Standard checks availability or sends your booking link. Premium connects to your booking engine, PMS or calendar when it has an API.
What happens if the AI doesn't know the answer?
It never invents. It tells the guest a person will reply and hands the chat to your staff.
Which languages does it speak?
English, Spanish, Russian, French and Italian included. Other languages on request.
