As an Upwork freelancer, I partnered with startups, eCommerce brands, marketing agencies, coaches, and service-based businesses to design, implement, and optimize digital systems that improve efficiency, customer engagement, and revenue growth. My work focused on CRM implementation, marketing automation, workflow optimization, and business process automation using industry-leading platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL), Airtable, Make.com, Zapier, n8n, Klaviyo, Shopify, HubSpot, and Mailchimp. I successfully built and customized GoHighLevel CRM accounts, sales funnels, websites, landing pages, membership portals, calendars, pipelines, forms, surveys, automation workflows, AI Voice Agents, email marketing campaigns, SMS marketing, appointment booking systems, and lead nurturing sequences. I also integrated third-party applications using APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms to eliminate repetitive tasks and create seamless business operations. For eCommerce businesses, I developed high-converting Klaviyo email marketing strategies, including Welcome Series, Abandoned Cart, Browse Abandonment, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, Customer Retention, and Promotional Campaigns.
