Wrote a series of How-To guides for Dutch startup TalkJS that demonstrated potential uses for their JavaScript SDK. Created or improved upon existing API documentation for many different clients across industries such as Energy, Health Insurance, and Banking. Completed a series of SQL Tutorial posts for LearnSQL.com, that were designed to educate users of all skill levels on how to use SQL. Wrote SEO-focused blog posts that rank on page 1 of Google for their targeted search terms. Integrated with the UI & API teams to manually test new features and enhancements that were developed, tested, and deployed in adherence to Scrum methodology. I used Postman, Swagger, Xray, Jira, and interacted with DBs directly using SQL to complete this testing. Used Python, Behave, and Cucumber to create automated test suites. I contributed to existing sanity and regression tests, that ran daily in Jenkins, and developed new automated API and UI tests. Prepared extensive documentation about current systems and covered end-to-end flows within the application. Prepared training documents to be used by new members of the team. Contributed to the documentation of how we create Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Executions in Jira, and the associated plugin, Xray Assisted in the interview process for new candidates, conducted the daily stand-ups for the QA team on a biweekly basis. Contributed to Sprint retrospectives, ticket refinements and estimations, and sprint planning sessions. Consistently praised for the relations maintained with developers, design & product teams, where we worked together with a collaborative focus on software quality, and the experience our users would have.
