FAQ
Do I need to send you the physical product?
No! Everything is created digitally. I only need the 3D model file of your product (.obj, .fbx, .step) or high-resolution photos and labels if you need me to model it from scratch.
What if I don't have a 3D model of my product?
Not a problem. If you select the "3D Modeling" extra during checkout (or in a custom offer), I can build a highly detailed, photorealistic 3D replica of your product using reference photos and physical dimensions.
Can I request changes during the process?
Yes! My studio workflow includes revision stages. First, I send a greyscale animatic to approve camera movements. Then, high-res still frames to approve textures/lighting. Once these are approved, we proceed to the final render.
Do you provide music and sound effects (SFX)?
Sound design is crucial for a cinematic product reveal. While my primary focus is high-end visual CGI, I can source royalty-free music and add basic sound design upon request as a custom extra.
