I helped small businesses organize their client management and sales follow-up process by setting up custom CRM systems, automated pipelines, and lead tracking workflows. My work focused on helping business owners replace scattered spreadsheets, manual reminders, and missed follow-ups with a structured system that made it easier to manage leads from first contact to closed deal. In this role, I created custom pipeline stages, contact fields, lead forms, appointment flows, automated email/SMS follow-ups, and task reminders based on each business’s sales process. I also connected tools such as CRM platforms, forms, calendars, email systems, and automation software to reduce repetitive admin work. A major part of the work involved understanding how each business handled inquiries, bookings, client onboarding, and follow-ups, then turning that process into a clean automation workflow. I tested each step carefully to make sure leads were captured correctly, notifications were sent on time, and business owners could clearly see where every prospect stood in the pipeline. This experience helped clients improve response time, reduce lost leads, and manage their customer relationships more professionally without needing to manually track every conversation.
