As a freelance Social Media Manager & Content Strategist, I help small businesses, ecommerce brands, and personal brands/coaches build a consistent, engaging presence across social media. My work covers the full scope of social media management from content planning and content calendars to daily posting, community engagement, and audience growth strategy. I specialize in Instagram management and TikTok content strategy, creating content that's built around real engagement and results, not just vanity metrics. This includes writing captions, planning content pillars, scheduling posts, responding to comments and DMs to build community, and tracking performance to refine strategy over time. Alongside social media management, I also handle influencer marketing, identifying and connecting brands with the right creators for their niche, and managing influencer campaigns from outreach through to execution, helping brands extend their reach beyond their own following. I work closely with each client to understand their brand voice, target audience, and goals, then build a social media strategy tailored to turn followers into genuine, paying customers — whether that's for a small business building credibility online, an ecommerce brand driving sales, or a coach/personal brand growing their authority.
