You: So stoked, sending your writing out!
The agent: Requesting a synopsis
You: Gently weeping
Me: Riding in on a horse, neigh, a steed, holding out a hand. "Come, traveller. I will bear this burden for you."
You: Wiping the sweat from your brow, wearily finding your rest
Seriously, guys, I've written a bazillion synopses for agents and for editors. I've gotten agents off of them and sold books off of them. It's a thing NO ONE loves, but that I happen to be really good at! I'd love to help you with this pretty tiring task. Give me your summary--either written or verbal or by video, whatever works for you (and nerd out about your book or screenplay! Hooray!) and I'll get you back an absolutely killer synopsis.
*If you'd like me to read your book or script as well, message me! I'm happy to work that in.
**IMPORTANT: If you would like a full manuscript read and your book is about sexual assault, the Holocaust, or cancer, please let me know ahead of time so I can mentally prepare or determine whether it's something I can read without being intensively triggered. Thanks so much!

FAQ
Will you read my book and write a synopsis based on it?
I will! Shoot me a message with your book's details and I'm happy to work up an offer that includes reading as well!
Do you do this for non-fiction?
Yup! Non-fic often works a tad differently, so shoot me a message and I'd love to send you an offer.
Do you do one pagers for screenplays/scripts?
I do! That's gonna fall under the first level of synopsis pricing. Just let me know when you place the order that that's what you're looking for, and I'm happy to make a one-pager with a great logline happen.
I need a longer synopsis! Is that something you can do?
Yup! As a matter of fact, since short synopses are typically tougher, I can offer a longer one at a reduced rate. Shoot me a message!

Collaborazione in corsoWhile Bri is collaborative with work, communication can be radio silent for a while. Bri was sick and I get that, but even through it all Bri’s work is great.

I reached out to Bri hoping she could help me with my synopsis. The catch? I preferred her to actually read the MS first. She was very courteous to accept and sent me a custom offer quickly! She took her time to read the MS and really get into the story, keeping me updated all the way before delivering...

Bri is incredible, and really takes the time to get to know the work and the writer. There were some (illness related) delays, but the communication never stopped. Ultimately, I think I could and Will be working with her again on future novels (I love writing...But not queries, lol)

Bri did an exceptional job with my query letter and novel synopsis. She has great instincts and a keen eye for detail, and was genuinely invested in my project. Likewise, Bri is kind, professional, and accommodating. I can't recommend her highly enough.
