I develop and maintain production backend systems for the **Río Negro Police Department** using Python, FastAPI, and Oracle. I build REST APIs, optimize SQL queries, fix bugs, and improve existing systems. I also work directly with other government organizations to understand their requirements and develop APIs and services for them to integrate and consume. I work with PL/SQL, Alembic, pytest, and async Python.
