You should have approved SES account with Production Access.
What all I can provide you. (anyone from below)
1) I can provide you the SES credentials so that you can integrate that to another application.
2) I can set up SES with Sendy / Interspire.
3) I can setup SNS Rules (for Bounce / Spam).
4) I can verify your domain(s) / email for sending through SES.
5) If you need any further assistance discuss that with me first.

Can I get the SES Production Access?
That's something decided by the AWS SES Team. I don't have a control over that as I don't own AWS. and I'm not part of AWS SES Team. so please take care that of your self.
Can I order Gig if I don't have SES Production Access
You can still order the Gig, but make sure that you are aware of that Sandbox Access of SES will not send email to any email. it'll only send to verified identities.
