If you really need a reliable and trustworthy sourcing and inspection agent then Allen is the guy! He made sure to visit the factory 2 days in a row to confirm certain things from the supplier. And sent detailed documents, feedback, videos and pictures. Very polite in communication and very transparent and responsive! Highly recommended him.

Allen is great to work with. He’s super professional but also just gets the big side of things and helped me with handling several manufacturers simultaneously for bundling purposes. Everything showed up on time (or early) and he’s fast to reply whenever I bask him with questions. Highly recomend him if you need someone who actually knows procurement.

Good communication and the delivery was what I asked for, but the process had flaws. It took 2 weeks to get started once materials were involved, which was quite stressful. Never really gave me any info I needed super late to respond Marked the order as complete when ive gotten nothing all he has done has confirmed a website was real and all the other stuff ive asked for has taken so long and he still has yet to provide anything I am asking for And took a day to respond DONT RECOMMEND
