Can you make skins based on a reference picture?
Yes definitely!
Can you edit based off an existing skin?
Yes I can! Please send me the skin file or a screenshot of the front and back so I know what I am editing.
What are the white pixels on the skin when I try to download it?
That is the Fiverr watermark, once you mark the skin as delivered and redownload it, the white pixels should go away
Do you do HD skins?
No.
Can you make 2 outfits on 1 skin?
No I do not. I use the outer layer for shaping and accents. (2 outfits include ideas like having a shirt on the base layer and a jacket solely on the outer layer.)
