During my tenure as a Water Supply Operations Engineer at Maynilad Water Services, I gained extensive experience in water treatment operations. I was assigned to the New Water Treatment Plant, Modular Treatment Plants, and deep well facilities, where I developed strong technical knowledge in chemical processes and dosing applications. My responsibilities included managing the use of various treatment chemicals such as sodium hypochlorite for disinfection, sodium metabisulfite to prevent sodium hypochlorite damage to reverse osmosis membranes, anti-scalants for scaling control, and sodium hydroxide/caustic soda for pH regulation, among others. In addition, I was involved in the maintenance and operational support of key equipment including ultrafiltration racks, reverse osmosis units, pumps, air compressors, scrapers, and other mechanical systems essential to plant performance and reliability.

During my time on-site, I gained valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of electrical and construction work. My responsibilities included punch listing, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring reports, supervising workers and subcontractors, coordinating with superiors, drafting follow-up letters, revising as-built plans, and overseeing the monitoring and reporting of equipment calibration. The project was successfully completed, and Ayala Malls Vermosa officially opened on November 15, 2024. Following the completion of the project, I sought new opportunities where I could continue to grow professionally, expand my technical knowledge, and contribute my skills to new and challenging projects. I am now eager to bring the knowledge, experience, and dedication I have developed as an engineering practitioner to your company and contribute meaningfully to your team.
