Systems & Workflow Optimization •Architect and manage centralized operational ecosystems in ClickUp, integrating tools such as Google Workspace, Riverside, Quo, and other third-party applications to improve collaboration and visibility. •Design and maintain workflow automations using n8n,Zapier, Make.com, and ClickUp AI Agents to streamline operations and reduce manual workload. •Review technical documentation, APIs, and third-party integration requirements to support seamless integration into existing operational environments. •Integrate workflows with QuickBooks to automate invoicing, connect project milestones to financial tracking, and streamline operational handovers Project Management •Manage hybrid project environments using Agile and Waterfall methodologies across client-acquisition software development, website implementation, and media content production initiatives. •Oversee cross-functional technical and creative teams including developers, designers, video editors, and QA personnel to ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on schedule. •Managed project timelines, sprint coordination, task prioritization, and production schedules within ClickUp to maintain workflow visibility and delivery consistency.
