Every business is different. Before I quote anything, I need to see your books. That's exactly what the initial consultation is for — once I understand your situation, I'll give you an honest custom quote.
Do you do taxes?
No. Tax preparation is a separate specialty. But I'll make sure your books are clean, accurate, and ready when your tax professional needs them.
What software do you use?
QuickBooks Online. I'm a certified ProAdvisor in both bookkeeping and payroll.
Do you work with businesses outside your state?
Yes. I work remotely with clients anywhere.
How do we communicate?
Email and video calls primarily. I'm responsive and straightforward — no chasing me down for updates.
My books are a disaster. Is it too late?
