Your CRM, your email platform and your SMS tool each hold a different version of the same people. I make them agree, and I make the writes safe.
The pattern I use runs in production for a database of 700K+ contacts synced with Mailchimp, an SMS platform and an ATS every 15 minutes. Every write now reads the live record, merges only what changed, writes the full record back, reads again to verify, and logs before and after. A write that cannot be verified is refused.

Can this delete or overwrite my data?
Not by design. Every write reads the live record first, changes only the intended fields, writes the whole record back and verifies it. A mismatch is refused and logged. Nothing is deleted unless you ask for a deletion rule in writing.
Which platforms do you support?
Mailchimp, HubSpot, Salesforce, Heymarket, Twilio, Bullhorn, Airtable, Google Sheets, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and any REST API with documentation. Tell me yours before ordering; unusual ones may need a custom offer.
Do you need my API keys?
Yes, with the narrowest scopes that work. I list them before you share anything, you can rotate them the day I hand over, and the code reads them from environment variables, never from source.
Where does it run?
On your server (Docker plus a scheduled timer), on a small cloud instance I set up for you, or on your machine for one-off runs. Standard and Premium include deployment.
What happens when a sync fails?
The run stops at the failing row, logs why, alerts you, and the next run picks up where it left off. Nothing half-written: each row is verified before the next one starts.
