Do you need SSH or console access?
Yes. SSH with sudo is typical. If SSH is dead, provider web console / recovery mode may be required.
Which OS?
Ubuntu, Debian, and RHEL-family (Rocky, Alma, RHEL, CentOS Stream). Tell me the version.
What if you cannot fix it in scope?
You still get diagnosis notes and next-step options. Complex cases may need Premium or a follow-up order — I will say so early if the scope expands.
Is 24/7 support included?
No. This is scoped troubleshooting with delivery days as listed — not an unmanaged retainer.
