I joined Legal & General in 2021 and have worked my way up from analyst to Automation and Insights Manager, spending the last 5 years delivering Power Platform solutions across financial and non-financial risk, regulatory reporting, compliance and supplier management. Starting out in Strategic Supplier Oversight, I designed and built automated dashboards tracking supplier performance, cost and compliance, developed a Power Apps conformance testing tool that standardised compliance tracking and created real time analytics solutions used by senior stakeholders to make data driven decisions. Moving into a Senior Risk Data Analyst role, I built interactive Power BI dashboards monitoring property risk, financial exposure and compliance, automated committee reporting workflows using Power Automate, and developed a full end to end assurance activity tracking tool covering data capture, access control and reporting, built to meet both business and regulatory requirements. In my current role as Automation and Insights Manager I lead all financial and non-financial risk reporting across the organisation, managing a team of two. I oversee the full reporting lifecycle from data ingestion through to automated output and stakeholder delivery, drive automation initiatives using Power Platform and Snowflake and partner with senior risk stakeholders to ensure outputs meet regulatory and governance requirements.
