I will diagnose an nvr not recording or missing playback

NVR live view works but playback is empty, recordings stopped or one camera has missing footage? Message me before ordering with your recorder/camera model, exact error, what still works and what changed. I will confirm the scope and suitable package first.

I diagnose NVR, DVR, IP-camera, recording, playback and network faults, including mixed-brand systems. More than 25 years of hands-on security-installation experience. For missing footage I check the date, channel, drive status, recording schedule and retention before suggesting any reset.

You receive a written fault assessment, prioritised checks, expected results, stop conditions and clear next actions within your selected package. Basic covers one issue; broader investigation is agreed before ordering.

You must own the system or have permission to manage it. Never send passwords, recovery codes, QR codes or identifiable footage. Redact sensitive details from screenshots.

This is diagnosis, not a guaranteed repair. Hardware replacement or an on-site visit may be needed. Independent support, not affiliated with camera manufacturers. All communication and payments stay on Fiverr.
