FAQ
What do I get if I add a 2nd design option or size variation?
Unless otherwise specified, the 2nd design and/or size variation option counts towards the main panel. It does not include the directionals or riders(if applicable).
What files do you provide upon order completion?
I provide print-ready vector files, standard with every order. Other sellers either don't provide vector files or charge extra. Vector elements do not pixelate when printed, no matter what. Vector files do not work in pixels so there is never a concern for pixilation.
Can I submit .jpg or .png logo files to be used on my design?
Short answer; technically yes. Long answer; it is highly unrecommended. .jpg and .png are web files. While they may look great on your screen, when printed, they pixilate and the colors can print differently. I always recommend supplying the vector .eps or .ai logo files to me
If I don't have a vector file of my logo to submit, will my entire design print pixalted?
No, only pixel based elements will pixelate when printed. The elements that I create, I create as a vector files, meaning it will not pixelate.
I don't have a vector version of my logo, what can I do?
Depending on the resolution, you may be okay. You may only notice discoloration when printed, not pixilation. If the file is too low resolution, ask me if it's possible for me to re-create it for you!
How do you create the designs?
Many people use Photoshop or Canva for design. While these tools have their own advantages, they are not the proper design tools and should, mostly, not be used for designs that are to be printed. I use Adobe Illustrator, the industry standard for creating print-ready graphics!
