I founded my social media marketing agency, Molius Social, shortly after lockdown, working with brands to manage their online presence, content strategy, and day-to-day social media management. My role covered everything from content creation and campaign planning to audience growth, engagement optimisation, and brand positioning across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. Through this experience, I developed a strong understanding of what drives results in digital marketing, particularly the importance of authentic, scroll-stopping content. While working across multiple client accounts, I discovered that video content consistently delivered the highest engagement, reach, and conversion rates. This led me to specialise in video production, focusing on creating high-performing UGC (user-generated content), spokesperson videos, video ads, and social media creatives designed for platforms like TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads. Today, I work as a full-time UGC creator, video spokesperson, and content creator, producing engaging, natural-feeling videos that help brands connect with their audience, build trust, and drive measurable results. My work combines creative storytelling with performance-driven strategy, ensuring content is not only visually appealing but also optimised for conversions, brand awareness, and audience retention. I have experience creating content across multiple industries including SaaS, tech, fintech, e-learning, lifestyle, wellness, and product-based brands, and I understand how to adapt messaging and visuals to suit different target audiences and platforms.
