He is knowledgeable and keen to get things right. Fast in delivery. I received a workflow as requested. I can recommend it. I usually give Very Good verdict, which translates to value 4, but in my opinion it's a good assessment because I don't believe in the 'Exceptional' level; it's unrealistic to expect. Giving 5 is a gimmick, not a real thing!
