What I will need to provide before start gig?
Box size (length x Width x Height OR If you can please send me box die cut file), Your logo files. (Ai, pdf, eps, or psd file) or If you buy Premium package send me the logo name, Product name and images, Content to add the box, Barcode (If you don't have you can add later)
Can you design eco friendly package?
Yes, i can do an eco-friendly package.
Can you design logo for my product?
Sure, I can design the logo for your product. Please content me.
What is the source files (print ready files) you can get?
You can get AI, EPS, PDF, JPG, PNG and fonts
Can I have Multiple design options?
Sure you can get. Add gig extra $30 (one option) or contact me.
Can i change packge size after first design?
Sure you can. You can add extra $10 and change package size.
How many revisions do I get?
The basic package covers up to 3 revisions. The Standard package covers up to 9 revisions. The Premium package covers up to Unlimited revisions. (Unlimited revision Period is 3 Weeks Only) And if you want Additional Revision you get that adding extra.
Can you write the copy(text) for me?
No. We are not copywriters and we cannot write or proofread copy(text). You will have to provide an exact copy(text) that you want to incorporate on your product packaging.
What if I require revisions after the order is completed?
We understand that sometimes you have to change text or logo. If that is the case, you can message us on Fiverr's Inbox and we can do it for free for you. We will charge a minimal fee if you require a change in color, addition of text or images, or adding any sort of new design elements.
