My biggest achievement at Human Capital Development Solutions is the training course I developed to help individuals identify their ideal career path based on their strengths, weaknesses, likes, and dislikes, with the assistance of generative AI. I also created a course to educate employees on talent management, explaining why it is important and how to incorporate it effectively into a business. The AI Career Journey project was first planned as a web application, but Human Capital Development Solutions later requested a training course instead. I successfully converted the wireframes into instructional storyboards, re‑designing the user experience into a structured, engaging learning pathway. This challenge strengthened my skills in adapting complex designs into clear, learner‑centered content. My role at Human Capital Development Solutions is Instructional Designer. Responsibilities include: - Analyzing training needs and defining learning objectives in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) - Designing and developing instructional materials, including storyboards, scripts, and assessments - Creating interactive eLearning modules using tools such as Mango AI and Articulate 360 - Developing supporting materials such as facilitator guides, learner handouts, and job aids - Applying instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles - Evaluating the effectiveness of learning programs and recommending improvements - Ensuring accessibility and usability of learning content across platforms and devices - Staying current with trends in instructional design, learning technologies, and digital learning
