Welcome! I am a Bioinformatician & AI Investigator with expertise in multi-omics, deep-learning, and structural genomics. Develop complex bioinformatics pipelines to analyse high quality big data cohorts such as the UK Biobank, ADNI and Taiwan Biobank, in R/Python. My published work covers topics such as molecular docking, epistasis and structural/evolutionary studies of complex disease genes.
