At the "TECH WORLD Pavilion," we provided guided tours of the exhibits to domestic and international visitors, including guiding and line organization. We handled 50 rotations and 2,500 visitors in one day. Since many international visitors also came, there were times when guidance was given in English. Basically, one staff member was stationed at every 20 displays, guiding while speaking lines. In addition to the prepared lines, we aimed to incorporate our individual personalities to make the guidance more personal and unique.

In the first two years, I was assigned to the Public Relations and Publicity Division, where I created public relations magazines, and to the Tourism and International Exchange Section, where I actively planned and managed city tourism events, as well as prefectural and national-scale events in collaboration with other cities. I also engaged in exchange student programs and online exchanges with sister cities. In the following two years, I was assigned to the Childcare and Kindergarten Division. I mainly handled applications for admission to daycare centers, kindergartens, and children's homes, as well as consultation services for children who could not enter daycare centers due to waiting lists.
