What do you need to start the project?
Please provide the property survey or topographic plan, project address, proposed site/building plans, existing CAD/PDF files and any available stormwater or permit requirements.
Do you provide SWPPP and erosion-control drawings?
Yes. Erosion and sediment-control layouts can include measures such as silt fence, inlet protection, construction entrance, sediment controls and other applicable BMPs.
Can you work from a PDF or survey?
Yes. I can use surveys, PDFs, architectural drawings and existing CAD files as the basis for preparing the civil drawings.
Do you handle drainage calculations?
Hydrologic or hydraulic calculations can be included when they are within the agreed project scope. Please provide the applicable design criteria before ordering.
